Installation/Update

* Install latest Microsoft VC runtimes: VC++ x86 Runtimes
* Unpack archive into RBR folder.
* Delete PhysicsNG.dll, FixUp.dll and Z.dll from Plugins folder!
* Install cars in physics.rbz as usual.
* Start RBR to populate RichardBurnsRally.ini with configuration parameters.
* Exit RBR and check parameters (use old FixUp.ini as reference).

Please note that RBRCIT has not yet been updated to manage NGP 7.1!
